I propose that every side bet the loser has to make a donation to the dynasty fund. Minimum of $5 unless otherwise negotiated in the terms of the side bet.
If approved, I will make a $5 deposit for my week 1 failure.

Forgot to put the late payment fee.
Thinking additional 10% per week if payment has not been received within 2 weeks.
Ex. $5 bet for week 2. If not received by the end of week 4s games the amount goes to $5.50. $6.05 after week 5. $6.65 after week 6. Etc…
leave it to the banker to try and impose late fees. but I have to say I like it. good idea schwab for comimg up with a way to show growth in the dynasty fund. schwab for treasurer 2015.
hey, without fees what would make a person feel the need to pay? plus, when Quincy racks up fees that just adds more shit to be talked.
